Expanded Duties and Tasks:
Innovative Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement cutting-edge recruitment campaigns that utilize social media, advanced analytics, and networking to tap into both active and passive talent pools.
Candidate Experience: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with a focus on creating a positive, engaging experience for every candidate.
Employer Branding: Act as the face of our organization, promoting our vibrant culture and multi-faceted business operations to attract dynamic professionals from varied sectors.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with hiring managers from diverse business units to understand unique talent needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
Competencies and Skills:
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with recruitment tools and innovative sourcing techniques.
Proven success in talent acquisition across multi-industry or dynamic business settings.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Experience Requirement: A minimum of 4 years in recruitment or talent acquisition to ensure strategic alignment with our multi-industry operations.
