Expanded Duties and Tasks:

  • Innovative Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement cutting-edge recruitment campaigns that utilize social media, advanced analytics, and networking to tap into both active and passive talent pools.

  • Candidate Experience: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with a focus on creating a positive, engaging experience for every candidate.

  • Employer Branding: Act as the face of our organization, promoting our vibrant culture and multi-faceted business operations to attract dynamic professionals from varied sectors.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with hiring managers from diverse business units to understand unique talent needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.

Competencies and Skills:

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with recruitment tools and innovative sourcing techniques.
