Job Requirement

Role purpose:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible to support the Security Manager  in overseeing day-to-day security operations, managing security personnel, conducting investigations, monitoring surveillance system, implementing policies, and ensuring safety within the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Management/ Security management/ Engineering or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in security management, law enforcement or the armed forces, with a strong understanding of security principles and practices in enterprise/ corporate set-up.

• In-depth knowledge of security technologies, incident management software such as access control systems, GPS and CCTV surveillance.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement security policies, procedures and programs.

• Monitor surveillance cameras and security systems to identify potential threats or incidents.

• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, taking appropriate action.

• Conduct security patrols and inspections of the facility to ensure compliance with security standards.

• Fluent, spoken and written English and Amharic
