Job Requirement

  • The ideal candidate should possess a BA/MA degree in Law, language, Management, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of five years of experience in corporate business management.

  • Key skills include excellent organizational and time management abilities, proficiency in minute-taking and report writing, strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Amharic, and exposure to an Executive support role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools is essential, as is the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

  • The candidate should also demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
