MSc or BSc Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), track quality metrics, and manage all quality documentation (SOPs, manuals). - Organize internal audits, act as the main contact for external audits, and ensure the lab adapts to new regulations. - Lead investigations into errors and problems, find the root cause, and implement corrective actions (CAPA).
