Master's Degree of Public Health or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide technical guidance on the rollout of the Village Health Leader (VHL) model, ensuring alignment with Ethiopia’s primary health care priorities. - Support the integration of nutrition interventions (such as MMS provision and malnutrition screening) into routine maternal and child health platforms. - Develop and adapt training materials, job aids, and curricula for VHLs and HEWs to deliver timely RMNCH-N services.

MSc or BSc Degree in Health Science or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with Woreda Health Offices to ensure the effective implementation of TB initiative components, including KVP mapping, community-based active TB case finding, and support for Health Facility TB programs. - Lead and coordinate the implementation of TB screening activities using ultra-portable digital X-ray technology integrated with artificial intelligence (AI) for enhanced detection. - Ensure that screening equipment is properly set up, maintained, and operated in various community and health facility settings.

MSc or BSc Degree in Medicine, Nursing or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop and implement an annual CPD strategy addressing identified training needs across all service areas. - Content Expert Collaboration: Work with the Medical Director and Quality & Innovation Director to ensure that training content reflects current evidence-based practice, updated guidelines, and quality improvement priorities. - Program Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of all CPD activities, including scheduling, resource mobilization, instructor coordination, and e-learning platform management.
