The Corporate Attorney will be responsible for:

• Gathering facts, establishing evidence, and preparing statements for the company’s legal cases requiring court representation.

• Reviewing and analyzing legal documents, including contracts, lease agreements, and employment policies.

• Developing legal arguments based on statutes and precedents.

• Drafting legal documents

• Following up on legal issues with police, quasi-judicial bodies, and pending court cases.

• Representing the company before courts, tribunals, and quasi-judicial bodies.

• Investigating and resolving labor disputes, including defense and settlement.

• Taking legal actions for theft, forgery, fund misappropriation, disciplinary offenses, and related matters.

• Managing legal settlements of insurance claims involving personnel injuries, liability, property damage, or loss and other related issues

• Handling additional tasks which provides from the superior

• Prepare quarter, half and annual year plan and report

Job Requirement

• Educational Qualification: LLB Degree in Law

• Experience: 5–10 years of relevant work experience

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Afan Oromo is mandatory
