Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Social Science or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Responsible for AAP mechanisms (including those built to hold account, take account, and give account, covering both proactive and reactive channels) are well coordinated across sectors and partners, with a focus on ensuring that client feedback is regularly collected, analysed, and responded to in a timely manner - Ensures that reports on AAP and on data collected from AAP efforts are regularly generated and used to inform design and delivery of the project. - Conduct feedback sessions, FGDs, and surveys to solicit for client’s feedback. 

Diploma or Certification in Nursing, Child Care and Management, Gender Studies, Sociology, Psychology or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

Bachelor's Degree in Social Studies, Development Studies, Economics or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Support the coordination and implementation of all assigned project activities as outlined in the detailed implementation plan in line with ECDD program quality principles and standards, donor requirements, and good practices. - Work closely with and provide technical guidance on disability mainstreaming to collaborating government bodies, project consortium partners, and CSO partners providing humanitarian relief in the target area - Establish or strengthen strong networks with the key partners engaged in humanitarian relief at the national level and in the affected areas 

High School Diploma in a related field of study with relevant work experience, additional training or certificate in human services or related field is preferred. Duties & Responsibilites: - Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessment to identify client’s need, strengths and area of concern. - Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with clients, setting realistic goals and outlining appropriate interventions. - Provide individual or group-based counseling, emotional support and crisis intervention to clients based on DRC PSS’s SoPs’ and other relevant guides - Collaborate with other protection team (such as case management and legal officers) to coordinate comprehensive care for clients

High School Diploma in a related field of study with relevant work experience, additional training or certificate in human services or related field is preferred. Duties & Responsibilites: - Translate PSS and other materials into local languages; - Assist protection officer/PSS/ in facilitating group and individual counseling sessions based on DRC’s PSS SOPS and other PSS guidelines - Conduct intake assessment to gather information about clients’ needs and concerns
