Position Overview:
We seek a dedicated Nurse with at least two years of pediatric care experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced environment.
Nurses conduct thorough assessments of children’s' physical and mental health, including taking vital signs and observing changes in conditions.
They are responsible for administering medications safely and monitoring patients for adverse reactions.
Nurses manage wound care by applying sterile techniques to prevent infections and promote healing.
They help children’s ‘with basic needs such as bathing, dressing, and eating, fostering independence.
Nurses educate nannies about medical conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures, enhancing understanding and involvement in care.
They advocate for child’s needs and preferences within the healthcare team, ensuring their voices are heard in decision-making processes.
Nurses must quickly assess urgent situations and prioritize interventions based on the needs.
They work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.
Nurses face various challenges daily, requiring effective problem-solving skills to ensure seamless care delivery.
Accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and responses is crucial for maintaining comprehensive medical records.
Nurses coordinate patient care schedules to ensure efficient treatment delivery.
In leadership roles, nurses supervise other care giver staffs and delegate tasks appropriately to optimize team effectiveness.
Nurses must stay updated on advances in healthcare practices, medications, and treatment options to provide the best care possible.
Nurse should prepare home intervention and child treatment plan.
Nurse should look for hospitals that have good services and conclude agreements .
The nurse should prepare meal plans for the kids and also provide special care service for malnourished infants.
Nurse should communicate with hospital for a better health of the children.
Nurse should secure the sanitation of the shelter the kids live in.
Qualifications:
Nursing degree from a recognized University.
Minimum of two years of experience in pediatric nursing or related field.
Strong clinical assessment skills and knowledge of pediatric health issues.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with children.
Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
