Job Description
Provide essential secretarial, administrative and clerical support to our team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining a welcoming and productive office environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Science and Office Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Competencies Requirement
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
