Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - As the responsible of your Team safety, enforce your team all applicable Maxam and Allied Gold HSEQ policies. - Establish and maintain a safe and productive work area for the employees.  - Taking an active role as a safety committee member.  - Observance and enforce MAXAM objectives and policies.  - Ensure that working area is kept in clean and safe condition.

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Industrial Mechanics or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 2 years Senior mechanic

TVET Level 4\3 or Diploma in Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Mechanics, Industrial Electricity, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electricity, Electronic Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Comply with Maxam and Allied Gold HSEQ policies. - Identifying, understanding, and addressing HSEQS hazards and risks.  - As the responsible of your Team safety, enforce your team all applicable Maxam and Allied Gold HSEQ policies. - Establish and maintain a safe and productive work area for the employees.  - Stop the production in case of any irregularities, such as breakdowns, suspected nonconforming product or unforeseen emergencies such as fire.  - Discipline any employee who is not respecting the company rules and/or instructions.
