Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Automotive, Automotive Technology, Auto mechanics, Service & Engine Mechanics, Automotive Servicing Operation Management, Logistics Supply Management, Management, Operation Management in Transport Management, Banking and Finance or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Experience: 10 years for Master's and 14 years for Bachelor's Degree Duties & Responsibilites: - Oversee daily transport operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and materials. - Manage the company's fleet, including maintenance schedules, fuel usage, and asset utilization. - Ensure compliance with local and international transport regulations, including driver safety and environmental policies. - Develop and manage the transport department’s budget, ensuring cost control and efficiency. - Lead, train, and motivate the transport team, including drivers and logistics personnel.

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Assist in Ensure that all NRC procurements are always completed according to procedures and within the minimum timeframes stipulated for each of the procurements. - Assist in ensuring maximum fleet efficiency and effectiveness through planned resources allocation and maintenance in accordance with NRC transport guidelines and manufacturers' recommendations. - Handles goods receipts and properly stores and ensures that all the proper documentation is handled and managed professionally. - Ensure storage areas are kept clean and always organized and reports immediately to the Logistics Officer or Area Manager at Assosa if any problems relating to the safe storage of stock.
