1). Age under 38 years, good physical health, able to speak and understand English and integrity, strong sense of responsibility and accept overtime work.

2). Have good driving habits, at least 1 year of driving experience and skilled driving skills, professional in basic motor vehicle maintenance.

3). Familiar with the routes around Addis.
