Ensure the perforate product are as per the quality standard of the industry by visual inspection, dimension measurement & administrating the whole lots of tests; conducts research on quality improvement and applies findings when approved; supervise senior QA/QC lab technicians and the functions of the laboratory.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Works towards cultivating positive and active awareness of quality in the industry.

• Review, analyze and report daily raw material recipe.

• Ensure that product quality is maintained at each stage of the manufacturing process (starting from raw material compounding till loading of finished product to client vehicles).

• Review daily Lab QA/QC staff report for QA/QC manager approval.

• Conduct daily inspection of finished product at the storage site and report findings to QA/QC manager.

• Ensure that nonconforming products are handled according to non-conforming product control procedure

Job Requirement

• Education: BS c /MS c in Chemical Engineering / Applied Chemistry

• Work Experience:  8/6 years of Exp. Out of these 4/2 years at Head/supervisory level.

Duty station:   Kality/Addis Ababa
