Master's Degree in Disaster Risk Management, Disaster Risk Management and Sustainable Development, Development Studies, Social/Behavioral Sciences, Sociology, Anthropology, Psychology, Public Health, Health Education or in a related field of study with relevant work expereince, out of which 4 years in emergency response and recovery works in NGOs/Humanitarian Organizations. Duties & Responsibilites: - Adhere to the fundamental principles of the Red Cross Red Crescent Movement. - The position holder is ultimately accountable for coordinating with ERCS headquarters, ERCS branches, and the Danish delegation office for the implementation of Danish Red Cross-supported project. - Ensure that all documents—plans, guidelines, and reports—are sent for evaluation and comment to the Danish Red Cross focal person and the ERCS DRM department.  - Support in strengthening service mapping and referral pathways.

Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Social Science, Law, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Design a protection monitoring methodology and tools appropriate to all locations in line with the updated protection analysis and DRC’s global Protection Monitoring Guidance - Lead on developing, updating, and rolling out of data collection tools and methodologies including determining relevant samples.  - Work closely with DRC and partner protection monitoring teams to ensure timely and accurate data collection and sharing in line with the adopted protection monitoring methodology, and to clarify information and conduct data triangulation with other sources to ensure accuracy.

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, Social Work, DRM, Economics, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Supports the planning and implementation of all CVA finance related activities both in the field and in HQ. including feasibility, risk and market assessments.  - Contribute to the development of Work plans and CVA-specific tools and guidelines. - Provides mentoring and coaching including on-job learning to ERCS staff and volunteers and closely liaise with ERCS branches and volunteers assigned to the program to ensure coherent and coordinated implementation.

Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences or Community Development, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities - Implement all programs and programmes within budget, time and scope - Ensure all programs meet their targets as outlined in the Country Business Plan for each year. - Supervise and line manage relevant staff (following organizational structure), reporting significant issues to the prevention programmes manager

Bachelor's Degree in Health, Management, or in a related field of study Duties & Responsibilites: - Facilitate the learning process on selected areas with the project manager on assigned activities  - Familiarize with the project specific documents and procedures through understanding the nature of the work flow - Engage in the technical coordination platform meetings, meeting schedules and tracking action points - Engage in learning through coordination with the regional project teams

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Gender Studies, Law, Human right, Social Psychology, Social Work, Social-development Studies or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Required Gender: Female Duties & Responsibilities: - Lead the day-to-day implementation and coordination of the GBV project in accordance with donor guidelines, project plans, and ELiDA’s policies. - Supervise and mentor GBV project staff, ensuring quality service delivery and adherence to survivor-centered approaches. - Design and facilitate capacity building sessions for staff, partners, and community actors on GBV prevention and response. - Conduct regular field monitoring visits to project sites and ensure activities are progressing as planned.
