The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while managing cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met within scope, time, and budget constraints. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules to guide the project's execution.
Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery of project components.
Monitor project progress and conduct regular status meetings to report on productivity, potential risks, and issues.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure resource availability and allocation throughout the project lifecycle.
Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, providing guidance and support to team members.
Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices for project management.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
MSc/BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, or other similar fields
With a minimum of 12/10 years work experience in construction or real estate sectors specific on high rise building.
Competencies:
Leadership, consulting, conceptual and Human relation Skills;
Good decision-making ability;
Able to work under strict time pressure and time framed working environment;
Basic computer Knowledge /Microsoft office and Project Management tools
