Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the Sub-Project manager in connection with training components of the Sub-Project;
• Assist regional training officers (and project area managers) in planning and execution of community rights trainings;
• Coordinate trainings as per the work plan of the project;
• Document the training plans and implementations of trainings in all project areas;
• Coordinate the preparation and revision and update of training manuals;
• Support in the preparation of reports, particularly in financial and narrative reports of training components;
• Perform other duties assigned;

Job Requirement

Qualification:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Rights or other related fields.

  • At least six years (for Bachelor) and three years (for Master’s level) of relevant experience.

  • Strong writing skills and experience in report writing

  • Strong skills in tools of planning, monitoring, evaluation and impact assessment

  • Experience in networking and working with government organizations, NGOs and donors Excellent command of English and Amharic

work station will be in Addis Ababa

  • For all professional positions, fluency in spoken and written English is required. For project sub-offices, speaking project area languages is a plus.
