Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty such as cappuccinos and hot teas following standard recipes and customer preferences.
Ensure all beverages are served in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, tea brewers, and other beverage equipment.
Greet customers warmly and take beverage orders.
Address customer questions regarding the menu, beverage options, and ingredients.
Provide recommendations and upsell products where applicable.
Ensure a positive, friendly, and professional always demean.
Keep the coffee station clean and organized, including washing cups, utensils, and keeping countertops free from clutter.
Regularly check and refill beverage supplies such as coffee beans, tea bags, milk, syrups, and cups.
Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers.
Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, tea, milk, syrups, and other supplies, ensuring timely reordering when necessary.
Ensure the working environment is clean and pleasant.
Ensure all sanitation supplies are readily available throughout the office.
Ensure office hospitality requirements are fulfilled (for example during meetings or special events)
Support office coffee attendant and other Admin activities as requested.
Support photocopying, and office messenger service.
Perform other duties as requested by the Regional Operations Director, HQ HR Director, and HQ Administration Manager.
