Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hotel Service Engineer to oversee the daily maintenance operations and ensure the smooth functioning of all technical and engineering systems in our hotel. This role involves supervising a team, managing preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, and contributing to the guest experience through timely and effective engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the engineering team, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and maintenance standards.
Plan, execute, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain guest satisfaction.
Monitor and optimize energy consumption to ensure cost-efficiency and sustainability.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with local regulations, hotel standards, and safety guidelines.
Oversee spare parts inventory and assist in preparing the maintenance budget.
Conduct technical training sessions to enhance the skills of the maintenance team.

Job Requirements
Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering or maintenance roles, preferably in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and emergencies.
