TVET Level IV/10+3 in Purchasing, Management, Accounting, Automechanics, General Mechanics or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

MA/BA Degree in Property Administration, Logistics Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

Master's Degree in Engineering, Public/Business Administration, Law, Procurement, Economics, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Advise various Sector Divisions involved in the design and supervision of Borrowers project implementation activities on procurement matters as required by the relevant Presidential Instructions. - Advise Borrowers, Suppliers, entrepreneurs, Consultants and Contractors on all aspects related to the procurement of goods, works and services under Bank Group funded projects. - Participate in the Preparation and Appraisal missions for projects with complex procurement components with a view to assisting Borrowers and Sector Divisions Staff to define the most appropriate modalities for procurement.

Diploma or Certificate in a Technical Field of study with relevant work experience Expereince: 2 years for TVET Diploma and 4 years for Certificate

Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or in a related field of study with relevant work experience in procurement, preferably in the technology or construction sectors
