Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Epidemiology or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Support the development and implementation of national and subnational outbreak preparedness and response plans. - Support EPHI in the process of strengthening national surveillance systems for measles and other VPDs, ensuring timely outbreak detection and response. - Provide Technical support to EPHI PHEM team in data collection, analysis, and visualization to track disease trends and response effectiveness. - Ensure the integration of epidemiological, laboratory, and immunization data for improved national decision-making. - Facilitate the implementation of 7-1-7 metrics and the evaluation of the effectiveness of response efforts based on the 7-1-7 metrics and recommend improvements for future preparedness. 

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Public Health or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Be on top of the community level activities designed for this project  - Prepare training materials together with the team that are needed for community level interventions of the project including provision of patient support of different types - Provide cascades of trainings with the team regarding community level interventions of the project including how to provide patient support, community level treatment provision, how to follow patient for AE and SAE at the community level  - Provide continuous support through onsite trainings and supportive supervision to the community level health professionals and treatment supporters

Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Environmental Health Science or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - In collaboration with the WASH Project manager, identify and select community outreach agents from the refugee population to support Community Hygiene and Sanitation mobilization efforts and coordinate their activities. - Develop detailed implementation plans, monitors progress, and ensures the timely execution of Hygiene and Sanitation activities - Supports and participates in identifying, organizing, and delivering various training sessions for hygiene promoters, sanitation monitors, and solid waste supervisors. - Work closely with the MEL team to conduct baseline assessments, KAP/KPC surveys, and analyze results to assess hygiene and sanitation conditions before and after interventions.

Education Background in Medical Doctor with Valid Professional License and relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Ensure systematic screening of GBV survivors and at-risk individuals among SRH and PHC beneficiaries - Provide OPD consultation when necessary and support the HC clinicians to conduct quality medical consultation  - Assess the needs of supplies in terms of drugs, consumables and medical equipment.

Bachelor's Degree in Public Health Officer, Public Health Nursing, Human Nutrition or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 3 years’ experience managing staff and working in emergency programming, Health Duties & Responsibilities: - Support project staff to effectively undertake their roles and responsibilities - Ensure that the project employs appropriate programmatic approaches based on project EPMTs, M&E frameworks and CARE’s programing principles and relevant  guidelines - Ensure the implementation of planned project activities per the proposal and in accordance with donor and CARE rules and regulations through monthly reviews of both financial and activity reports against work plans - Assist HRM to facilitate appropriate budget management and utilization in compliance with donor and CARE rules and regulations
