Job Requirement

• Education: Degree in Hotel Management / Marketing or related fields

• Experience:5 years relevant experience in a supervisory or managerial position in the service / hospitality industry.

• Skill:

  • Mature personality, pleasant disposition, and excellent English communication skills.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

  • Strong planning, organizational skills to run a streamlined operation.

  • Ability to work under time pressure and periodically odd hours.

  • Excellent business awareness for achieving successful performance.

  • Has strong ability to resolve issues as they arise.

  • Ability to interact with customers in a friendly way.

  • Quality control skill

  • Problem solving skill

  • Proven ability to supervise a large team.

  • Reporting and record keeping skill
