Job Requirement
Education: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management / /Management or related fields.
Experience: 4 years relevant experience in a supervisory or managerial position in the service / hospitality industry.
Skill:
Mature personality, pleasant disposition, and excellent English communication skills.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Strong planning, organizational skills to run a streamlined operation.
Ability to work under time pressure and periodically odd hours.
Excellent business awareness for achieving successful performance.
Has strong ability to resolve issues as they arise.
Ability to interact with customers in a friendly way.
Proven ability to supervise a large team.
Reporting and record keeping skill
