To provide strategic leadership and oversight of HANDTECH Group's construction and green infrastructure business. Ensure operations are cost-effective and aligned with HANDTECH’s mission, vision, values, and business performance objectives. Achieve output and quality targets by optimizing company resources and demonstrating exceptional leadership, driving excellence and profitability.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Make sure that the Site is clear from right of ways and ensure hand over the site to project managers and subcontractors

• Oversee Site safety and health.

• Lead the selection and monitoring of architecture, contractors and other partners and manage relationships to build long term sustainable business partners. 

• Lead the performance monitoring and evaluation of projects and services. 

• Manage design for construction and green infrastructure

• Make utilities available for construction and for completed projects usage.

• Develop and manage project plans timeline and budget

• Meet contractual conditions of performance and administer the contracts.

• Estimate project cost and track expenses and ensure the project stays within the budget.

• Oversee the adoption and implementation of appropriate technological solutions to enhance business performance and operational efficiency.

• Oversee and direct construction project follow-up and ensure that the projects are completed as per the given time, quality and cost.

• Ensure construction projects are fulfilled by professionals, input and machinery 

• Coordinate and direct construction division and subcontractors.

• Review the construction and green infrastructure project on weekly basis.

• Prepare monthly report pertaining to project status and provide regular updates to DCEO and GCEO.

• Review plans to prevent problems and resolve any emerging once.

• Make sure that the projects are in line with environmental safeguard and corporate social responsibility. 

• Manage the Provisional, final handover and project close-up

Job Requirements

Qualification and Experience: 

• Education: MSc in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related fields.

• Experience: A minimum of 11 years of professional experience, with at least 6 years in managerial roles within the construction or related industries
