Job Description

To provide strategic leadership and oversight for the overall real estate business of HANDTECH Group. This role is accountable for planning, organizing, leading, coordinating, and controlling all aspects of HANDTECH’s real estate operations. This includes planning and managing sales, relationship management, customer service, property management, stakeholder engagement, asset management, client relationships, and contract administration to ensure the effective and profitable execution of the Group’s real estate business strategy.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the real estate business strategy in line with the Group's objectives.

  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities to drive sales growth.

  • Lead the sales and marketing strategy to effectively position the real estate business in the market.

  • Lead the development of property and asset management processes, policies, and procedures.

  • Ensure timely delivery and quality of real estate products, meeting customer satisfaction standards.

  • Monitor property performance and ensure profitability through cost management and effective operations.

  • Lead the sales of real estate products and attract corporate customers.

  • Set revenue targets, develop sales plans, and monitor sales team performance.

  • Motivate and mentor a team of brokers and sales executives to meet targets and drive conversions.

  • Negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform sales, branding, and marketing strategies.

  • Oversee the adoption and implementation of appropriate technological solutions to enhance business performance and operational efficiency.

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals.

  • Lead digital, print, and social media marketing campaigns for property launches and ongoing promotions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely follow-up to maintain customer satisfaction.

  • Develop various tools and methods to generate new customers and increase sales.

  • Maintain relationships with property owners, developers, contractors, and other key stakeholders.

  • Negotiate sales and lease agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the Group.

  • Represent the Group in discussions related to real estate, both internally and externally.

  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of real estate brokers and sales staff.

  • Set clear goals, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback to the team.

  • Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to meet sales objectives.

  • Prepare and submit annual budgets and capital expenditures for approval.

  • Monitor and report on the financial performance of the real estate business, providing insights to senior management.

  • Administer sales contracts, negotiate pricing, and ensure profitability in all transactions.

  • Ensure effective public relations and maintain relationships with relevant government departments and agencies.

  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws, zoning regulations, and Group policies.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to the Group's understanding of the real estate market.

  • Lead marketing efforts for property promotions, including branding, digital marketing, and advertising.

  • Ensure the development of compelling marketing materials (e.g., brochures, websites, advertisements).

  • Foster strong relationships with marketing teams and external agencies to create impactful promotional campaigns.

  • Manage real estate data and client information to inform strategic decisions.

  • Promote the sale of properties, ensuring consistent outreach and communication with potential customers.

  • Oversee the overall facility and rental management of the real estate business.

  • Ensure sales teams are utilizing tools to track and follow up on leads

Job Requirements

Qualification and Experience: 

  • Educational: MSc in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.

  • Experience: At least 10 years of proven experience in the Real Estate business out of which 5 years of experience in leading a Real Estate firm.
