Angla Burger is a leading brand in the Ethiopian food industry with 6 branches across Addis Ababa. We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager to join our team and help us elevate our visual identity while managing our online presence. This position offers the opportunity to contribute creatively to both digital content and social media strategies.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design: Create engaging content for social media, marketing materials, menus, banners, and other visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite.

• Social Media Management: Manage Angla Burger’s social media accounts, including crafting and scheduling posts, and interacting with followers to boost engagement.

• Creative Strategy: Develop and implement creative concepts for marketing campaigns and promotional content.

• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual materials align with the brand’s identity and maintain high-quality standards.

• Engagement & Growth: Monitor social media engagement, track performance, and suggest strategies to increase visibility and interaction.

• Collaboration: Work with the marketing and operations teams to create materials that support business goals.

• Multitasking: Effectively manage various design tasks and social media activities while meeting deadlines.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in graphic design and social media management.

• Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and experience with social media platforms.

• Strong understanding of design principles (color theory, typography, layout) and content strategy.

• A portfolio showcasing your design work and social media campaigns.
