Job Type: Freelance

Salary: as per the company scale

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Able to work within your space with your own laptop

• Delivers the project on time and follows schedule strictly

• Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups, and renderings) for clients.

• Produce 3D models, working drawings, specifications, illustrations, animations and other tasks as delegated by the company.

• Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects

• Meet with the client in order to understand the client's objectives and desires

• Communicate effectively with client, vendors, and team in order to address client's needs

• Create quotes for clients and ensure complete workflow is followed

• Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant

• Preparing bill of quantity

Job Requirements:

• Should have a good working knowledge of the following software
  3DsMax, Bender, Autodesk Revit, Autodesk AutoCAD, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, after effect

• Should be self-sufficient and work independently.

• Required to have a working knowledge of determining and adhering to budgets and timelines to prepare detailed drawings as well as working drawings.

• Should have adequate knowledge of building materials that will be used for architectural and interior design works.
