The purpose of the Senior Operations Officer position is to assist the Operations Manager in preparing innovative ideas in planning, organizing, supervising and monitoring as well as reporting of operational activities of the institution. He/she assesses branches operations prepare reports, studies and forwards work improvement methods

Reports to: Manager, Credit Analysis & Portfolio/saving mobilization

Job Requirement

Education and Work Experience:

• Education: – MA/BA in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics or related.

• Experience A minimum of 4/6 years of relevant experience.
