Kuriftu Africa Village is thrilled to announce the opening of a brand-new African village resort near Ashew Meda. We are currently seeking passionate and talented individuals to join our team in the following positions:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the hotel’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and audit requirements.
Manage cash flow, accounts receivable/payable, and payroll processing.
Develop and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and improve efficiency.
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Coordinate with department heads to manage financial planning and cost control initiatives.

Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or ACCA certification preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of financial systems, budgeting, and forecasting.
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
