Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the ERP project, ensuring alignment between the implementation partner and the internal teams 

• Collaborate with internal teams and the ERP implementation partner to drive progress across project phases.

• Oversee project milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Act as the central point of communication between stakeholders, including the leadership team, department heads, and implementation partner.

• Establish clear project documentation, including status updates, issue logs, and decision registers.

• Ensure project adherence to defined scope, budget, and quality standards.

• Provide training, guidance, and support to the internal team as needed.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience managing ERP and/or IT implementation projects (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar).

• Strong project management skills, including planning, risk management, and reporting.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Familiarity with business processes in manufacturing, inventory, and finance is an advantage.

• Fluent in English and Amharic
