Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling as per human resource manual, labour proclamation & collective agreement. Propose, design, and implement benefit packages in line with the applicable guidelines and agreements. Consult management and give recommendation on the handling of disciplinary issues and grievances

Job Requirement

  • Qualification: MA/BA in Human Resource Management/ Management/other related field.

  • Experience:Ten years’ relevant experience out of which five years’ experience in HR management at a senior/strategic level

  Others :

  • Professional command of English (verbal and written)

  • Highly knowledgeable on Human Resources functions & the labour law

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Proficiency in Computer applications (word, excel, HR Management System, outlook, power point etc.)

  • Strong managerial and interpersonal skills

  • Good problem solving /Analytical skills

  • Ability to build strategic work relations

  • Personal adaptability/flexibility

  • Good planning and organizing skills

  • Conflict management skills
