Minaye PLC, a leading company in its industry, is looking for an experienced and results-driven Field Sales Manager with expertise in real estate and project-based sales to lead our dynamic team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a thriving organization and make a significant impact.
We seek a professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Marketing and Salesmanship, Business, or a related field, coupled with relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in real estate, building key partnerships, and leading a high-performing sales team to secure new projects.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and monitor the progress of field sales operations to ensure success.
Develop and implement customized sales strategies for the field sales team.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, construction companies, interior designers, and other stakeholders to secure lucrative projects.
Regularly conduct competitor analysis (every 3-6 months) to maintain a competitive advantage in the market.
Identify and acquire new real estate projects, offering tailored solutions, including flexible payment terms (cash or credit).
Support and coach sales executives in closing deals, ensuring consistent performance.
Track and analyze team progress to meet and exceed sales targets.
Recruit and train new sales executives to align them with company goals and standards.
Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
Experience:
7-8 years of professional experience in sales, with significant exposure to real estate or related sectors.
Proven track record of relationship selling and project acquisition in competitive markets.
Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, particularly with real estate clients.
Strong leadership and coaching abilities to inspire and guide the sales team.
Strategic thinking and adaptability to market changes.
