Job Description
• Greet visitors, answer phones, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff member
• Maintain student records, including attendance, grades, and transcripts
• Schedule appointments and meetings for staff and students
• Prepare and distribute documents, such as letters, memos, and newsletters
• Process student applications and enrollment forms
• Prepare and submit reports to the school directors
• Manage student discipline records
• Maintain school calendars and coordinate school events
• Order and maintain office supplies
• Manage student and staff records
• Provide administrative support to the school principal and other staff members
Diploma in secretarial science / office administration or related field or an equivalent. And have above 2 years Scholl Secretary position of relevant experience.
•Customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other software systems.
