Job Description
The Finance Manager is responsible for establishing and executing internal controls over the company’s accounting and financial procedures. His/Her main function is to provide financial leadership and accounting strategies in the department. Provides accurate and comprehensive financial information for long term strategies and coordinates all financial planning functions with business operations
Job Requirement
Qualifications: Master’s / B.A degree in accounting, finance or related field
Experience: Ten years relevant experience out of which five years experience in Finance Management at a senior/strategic level
Skills
Good Communication Skills
Perfect knowledge of Ethiopian accounting, taxation and labor rules/regulation;
Knowledgeable in Legal Compliance and Budget Expenses
Relevant experience in using Peachtree accounting software;
Planning and prioritizing skills.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Relevant experience in procurement procedures;
Organizational and multi-tasking skills;
Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Tools;
Highly motivated and able to work independently, taking initiative, setting priorities
