Job Description

To ensure that all agriculture (farming & agro-processing) is processed and distributed in a sustainable and responsible manner as per the international code of conduct.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assesses if farming and agro processing operation is processed risk free of child labor, forced labor and human trafficking, discrimination, workplace violence and harassment, including sexual and gender-based violence,

  • Sets clear minimum and progressive criteria to ensure that the conditions for farming and agro processing is practiced in accordance with international regulations & standards with out affecting environment and living habitats, 

  • Ensures that there is a defined system for keeping track of farming input suppliers and sales information status as per the standard.

  • Follows up the daily routine of workers, engaged in coffee processing activities.

  • Facilitates and arranges all the necessary records for the third-party independent verifier’s process of evaluation. 

  • Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

Qualification and Skills:

  • BSc in Plant Science, Horticulture, Agriculture, and related fields.

Experience:

  • Zero (0) experience.

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
