The Ethiopian Nurses Association (ENA), established in 1952, is Ethiopia's first nursing association, legally recognized and representing over 103,000 nurses. Its primary goals are to standardize and promote quality nursing services through research, education, leadership, and governance. ENA has been a member of the International Council of Nurses (ICN) since 1957 and operates as a not-for-profit organization focused on advocating for the nursing profession and protecting nurses' rights.

Required Skills and Experience
BSC degree with more than 4 year experience and Msc with 2 years’ experience in nursing and related fields
