Job Description
Purpose of the Job: To ensure that there is appropriate support to system analysis, design, and development, and to interface and customize software packages as per the Bank’s requirement.
Duties & Responsibilities
Follow up the functional and technical integrity of enterprise applications and implement solutions
Participate in enterprise application upgrades, and provide workarounds whenever necessary
Undertakes system feasibility studies
Participate in the system design, system analysis, and development activities
Customizes and tests software packages
Handle integration of T24 system with 3rd arty and other internal systems
Design logic for individual programs or programming systems
Create test plans, test cases, test scripts and perform technical unit testing
Specific Functions:
Work with existing systems to track and manage Change requests and user issues.
Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents, design and execute test plans.
Handle incidents, events and problems as per the Bank’s Policy and approved
Standards/frameworks.
Organizes and prepares software documentation.
Prepares project status report
Conducts on-the-job training gives guidance for application analyst, IT Officers & Users
Perform other related duties given by the supervisor
Job Requirement:
Qualification: BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related fields.
Experience: Five/5 years of relevant Banking experience of which One/2 years on officer position.
