Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of specific strategic initiatives under the direction of the Director.

• Track the progress of strategic programs/initiatives/projects and report on their status, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.

• Assist in analyzing the internal and external business environment to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

• Support the development of strategic goals, including the organization’s vision, mission, and objectives.

• Help translate strategic objectives into actionable plans for various departments.

• Coordinate with department heads to ensure that strategic initiatives align with overall business goals.

• Monitor the performance of strategic initiatives and provide regular reports to senior management.

• Participate in the annual planning and budgeting process by providing insights and data-driven recommendations.

• Conduct semi-annual reviews of plans and budgets, and propose necessary amendments to align with evolving circumstances and strategic priorities.

• Monitor the implementation of annual plans and budgets, ensuring they stay on track throughout the year.

• Participate in the preparation of performance reports that are clear, accurate, and aligned with organizational goals.

• Take part in the M&E-related training programs in collaboration with the Human Capital Management Department.

• Performs other tasks that might be given by the immediate supervisor from time to time. 

Job Requirements

 Required Qualification:

• MSC, MA, BSC, BA in Economics, Management, Business Administration or related fields of study 

Required Experience:

• 9 years of experience in relevant position in the banking industry of which 2 years as Principal Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation Officer or equivalent position
