Job Description
Komari Beverage, Ethiopia's premier beverage company known for its innovative and refreshing Arada hard seltzer, is on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Coordinator to join our Trade Marketing team. The Key Account Coordinator will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key accounts to drive sales growth and increase brand presence. Reporting directly to the Head of Trade, he/she will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic account plans, ensuring our products are prominently positioned, and maximizing the performance of our key account channels.
Manage and Develop Key Account Relationships:
Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key account clients to ensure continued partnership and satisfaction.
Regularly meet with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, assure proper visibility and run promotions.
Strategic Account Planning:
Develop comprehensive account plans that outline strategies for revenue growth, product placement, and promotional activities.
Monitor and analyze performance against sales targets and strategic objectives, adjusting plans as necessary to meet goals.
Negotiate Contracts and Sales Agreements:
Negotiate terms of contracts and sales agreements with key accounts, ensuring alignment with company goals and profitability requirements.
Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure contracts are executed correctly and in compliance with legal standards.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
Conduct sales forecasts for key accounts, utilizing market trends, historical data, and account insights.
Prepare detailed reports on account performance, market insights, and competitive analysis for the trade marketing team and senior management.
Collaboration with Marketing and Product Teams:
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives that support key account objectives.
Ensure key accounts are equipped with the necessary marketing materials and product knowledge to effectively sell and promote our brand.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Experience:
(2+ - 5 years) Proven experience in key account management, sales, or Trade marketing, preferably within the beverage industry or FMCG sector.
Skills:
Strong understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and customer relationship management.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales forecasting and performance analysis.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
