Overview
We’re seeking a competent Office Assistant to join our team! If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is perfect for you.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring it reaches the right recipients promptly, organize paperwork, maintain filing systems, and retrieve documents as needed.
Monitor office supplies (e.g., stationery, printer cartridges) and reorder when necessary additionally, keep supply closets organized and stocked.
Greet guests, offer refreshments and direct them to the appropriate personnel, Handle inquiries, transfer calls, and take messages.
Coordinate calendars, arrange meetings, and send invitations.
Provide administrative support to team members as needed.
Ensure common areas are tidy and presentable and Disburse small amounts of cash for office expenses.

Additional Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
Experience with calendar management tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar).
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent time management skills.
Academic qualification
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field.
Experience:
1+ Prior work as an office assistant or in a related field enhances your qualifications.
