Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client vision and project goals.

• Collaborate with architects, developers, and clients to develop innovative design concepts and solutions.

• Prepare detailed design presentations, including mood boards, materials, and color palettes.

• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and provide design guidance.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative team environment.

• Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in interior design, preferably within the real estate sector.

• Proficient in industry-standard design software, working knowledge important for interior design like 3DMax, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Sketch up, and Rendering Software required.

• Strong understanding of design principles, building codes, and regulations.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a talent for articulating design concepts.

• A keen eye for detail, creativity, and a passion for innovative design solutions.

• Able to build good relationships at all levels, internally and externally
