Job Description
• Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns and solutions, including surveys and focus group transcripts.
• Conduct research on competitors and measure the success of their strategies.
• Compile data related to competitors’ products, pricing, sales, and marketing or distribution methodology.
• Forecast and track industry marketing and sales trends based on collected data.
• Summarize and analyze data, making recommendations related to research findings.
• Deliver reports and presentations of findings to the Market Research Lead and other team members.
• Communicate with other marketing and sales teams to determine promotional objectives.
• Collaborate with other departments, including sales, pre-sales, and operations, to ensure alignment of research efforts with business objective.
• Provide support in identifying potential new products or markets through research.
• Use statistical software to compile, evaluate, and manage consumer data.
• Report findings complete with graphs illustrating data and written text explaining complex findings
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Business Management Statistics or a related field.
• Up to one year of relevant experience in market research or similar role.
• Experience working on research projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decision.
• Proficiency in using statistical and market research tools and software, including CRM and analytic platform.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative research strategies
