We are Looking for a technical manager with a wealth of experience in the pharmaceutical import sector. A profound comprehension of the pharmaceutical industry's regulatory requirements, supply chain management, and quality assurance processes is essential for the optimal candidate. The technical manager will supervise the importation of pharmaceuticals, guaranteeing that they adhere to all local and international regulations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct the entire pharmaceutical import process.
Guarantee that all quality standards and regulatory requirements are met.
Coordinate with regulatory bodies, manufacturers, and suppliers to ensure the efficient operation of import operations.
Maintain and oversee inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted supply.
Establish and sustain quality assurance protocols.
Implement mitigation strategies and conduct risk assessments.
Provide training and guidance to team members regarding regulatory compliance and best practices.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical imports
In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and quality standards.
Strong understanding of supply chain management in the pharmaceutical industry.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Willing to work flexible and extended hours
Above all, willingness to work in a challenging environment.
