Job Description
We are hiring on behalf of our client for a Full Stack Developer (Lead Developer) position. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in full-stack development and a strong ability to lead and mentor a development team. This role involves overseeing the development of mobile & web applications and ensuring the successful execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring team performance aligns with goals.
Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in full stack development, with proven leadership capabilities.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular).
Strong knowledge of back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java).
Experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, manage conflicts, and promote collaboration.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on delivering effective solutions.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
