• Branch Relationship Manager role; will plan, organize, lead, and control business development activities within the branch team in the assigned region.

• The job holder will be responsible for attracting, deepening and managing financial relationship to meet deposit and loans growth goals, achieve business growth for the Bank in the assigned market segment, promote and sell other

Job Requirements

Academic & Professional Qualification 

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Management, Banking, Finance and or other related field.

Experience

• Minimum of six (6) years relevant experience

Required Technical Competency

• Networking skills to effectively leverage on relationships that will enhance customer acquisition and retention.

• Extensive banking background, including understanding credit, risk management, and compliance requirements.

• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior level leaders regarding key business priorities, issues and initiatives.

• Project management skills
