Job Description
The HR Officer is a critical member of the Human Resources team, responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of HR processes and procedures. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, performance reviews, and attendance records.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Assist with the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
Manage employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time off policies.
Process benefit enrollments, changes, and claims.
Ensure compliance with benefit regulations.
Assist with the performance review process, including scheduling, preparation, and documentation.
Track employee performance and development.
Coordinate training programs and workshops.
Maintain training records and track employee development.
Address employee inquiries and concerns.
Assist with investigations of workplace incidents.
Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Track employee attendance and monitor leave requests.
Ensure compliance with attendance policies and procedures.
Address attendance issues and provide necessary support.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a human resources role.
