As a Junior Loan Officer, you will play a crucial role in our mission to provide microfinance services to underserved populations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

• Client Acquisition: Identifying potential clients through various channels, including community outreach programs and referrals.

• Loan Processing: Collecting necessary documentation, verifying income and creditworthiness, and processing loan applications.

• Client Counseling: Providing financial education and guidance to clients, ensuring they understand the terms and conditions of their loans.

• Loan Portfolio Management: Monitoring loan repayments, identifying potential risks, and taking appropriate measures to mitigate them.

• Relationship Building: Developing strong relationships with clients and community members to foster trust and loyalty

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Passion for helping others and making a positive impact on the community.

• 1 year experience in microfinance or related field.
