Job Description
As a Junior Loan Officer, you will play a crucial role in our mission to provide microfinance services to underserved populations.
You will be responsible for:
Client Acquisition: Identifying potential clients through various channels, including community outreach programs and referrals.
Loan Processing: Collecting necessary documentation, verifying income and creditworthiness, and processing loan applications.
Client Counseling: Providing financial education and guidance to clients, ensuring they understand the terms and conditions of their loans.
Loan Portfolio Management: Monitoring loan repayments, identifying potential risks, and taking appropriate measures to mitigate them.
Relationship Building: Developing strong relationships with clients and community members to foster trust and loyalty
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for helping others and making a positive impact on the community.
1 year experience in microfinance or related field.
