Job Description
Creative Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive conversions.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Conceptualize and create engaging digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (social media, email, website, etc.).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign objectives with overall business goals.
Develop high-quality content including blog posts, social media updates, videos, infographics, and other digital assets.
Ensure all content is optimized and adheres to brand guidelines.
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
Create and schedule engaging posts, monitor interactions, and respond to audience inquiries.
Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools.
Prepare regular reports to assess campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
Research competitors and industry best practices to identify new opportunities for growth.
Work closely with designers, developers, and other marketing team members to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
Partner with external agencies or freelancers as needed for specialized projects.
Assist in managing the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
Continuously suggestion & insight to refine strategies based on data-driven insight
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 4 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role; experience in creative roles preferred.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools
Strong graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva.
Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with best practices and analytics tools.
