Job Description
Job Summary: The Office Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to the organization's Human Resources and senior management. This role involves handling various office tasks, assisting in HR activities, managing routine office tasks, maintaining records and contributing to efficiently managing the company's human resource and secretarial activities. Operates computer, fax, e-mail, photocopy, scanner and other office machines for various office uses

Qualifications:
Education:
College Diploma or level III or IV in Secretarial science and Office Management or equivalent is required.

Competences
Computer skill in MS-Word, Ms-Excel and outlook
Typing skills, both in Amharic and English is essential
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
