Job Description
Export Assistants & Documentation officers ensure companies file and maintain accurate records for all exports. They verify export documents for compliance with local and international regulations, liaise with clients, and perform logistical tasks.
Filing of documents & keeping Export Shipment Records
Preparation of Export shipment Documents as per contract
Follow up for Export Payments & Collection of Bank Advises
Follow up & Communication with the Ministry of Trade, and Ministry of Agriculture for different tasks processing of Online applications for Export documentation using a Single window system
Follow up & communicate with customers, shipping lines, banks & agents
Follow up for cleaning & packing of export cargo
Regular monitoring & updating of inward & outward of material with coordination of store team
Preparation of export-related periodic reports
Maintain different reports & files of export records
Education
BA in Management, Economics, Business Administration, BIS, ICT and related fields
Experience
1 year of experience preferably in Agri product export companies
Competencies
Thorough understanding of clerical and secretarial principles.
Organizational skills and detail-oriented.
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to create and execute a strategic marketing plan
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
Must be a team player
Self-motivator
