Job Description
On behalf of Wilcom Trading PLC, we are looking for a Junior Export Documentation Officer.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform all aspects of export documentation;
• Receive, review, and process documentation;
• Support Exports customs clearance and documentation;
• Interface with related functional areas on export shipment matters;
• Support agricultural commodity buying, transportation, sorting, warehousing, and other related process.
• Ensure that the shipment adheres to customs regulations;
• Counsel the organization on how to reduce duties and taxes owed.
• Maintain export file per procedure and customs regulations
• Liaise with other departments and warehouse to establish and maintain effective and relevant export activities
• Liaise with banks, government authorities, transport companies, transit companies, and other
• Support the import and tender activities in his/her spare time
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in international marketing, export or import trading or equivalent;
• 2-3 years of Export officer/documentation experience in agricultural commodities
• Strong background in exporting;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
